
Originally these lands were orchards and as the city has grown the land has been removed from agriculture to become residential. These homes have been built in the 1990's, but lots are compact. There are many parks and generally very appealing for families moving from larger centres throughout Canada.
The area west of Dilworth Mountain, north of Ivans Road including Valley and Glenmore Roads and the area of land between Okanagan Lake and Highway 97 to the north boundary of the City of Kelowna, excluding the Quail Ridge development but not including McKinley Landing.
